I’m 5’9” and around 150 lbs and ordered this is a large instead of my usual medium, and it fits well but I would have been fine in the medium. I would say then that it’s true to size. It’s lightweight as well so if you are wearing this in summer months it won’t be too hot. Overall I think this is a great dress and I highly recommend!
